1) How does the offline payment process work ?

When placing an offline payment you will be directed to a new page outlining the instructions you need to follow to ensure your order is accepted and dispatched. Please note that if you do not make payment within 7 days your order will be cancelled and stock returned to our online stock system.

2) If an item is out of stock how do I know when it will be available again?

When an item goes out of stock you can either opt in for stock updates and receive emails when items get more stock, or you can keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates.

3) If I order on Friday will my item still be dispatched?

All orders will be dispatched as soon as it is viable to do so. We do not offer guarantees on when or how long an item takes to ship, but we do ensure items are dispatched in a timely manner.  

4) I have ordered the wrong size, can I swap it ?

Providing we have stock, we will be able to swap the item once we receive the original item back in its packaging in damaged and unused.
